About the Role
This role oversees all aspects of Talent Acquisition, reporting into the Chief Legal & Administrative Officer. You will lead recruiting efforts for the U.S. and Galway based workforce, managing a team and driving the overall recruitment strategy. The position requires close collaboration with key leaders to understand and anticipate recruiting needs, with an emphasis on creative and innovative approaches to attract top talent.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full cycle recruiting for the company’s global employee base.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies for each function, introducing proactive ideas and innovative solutions.
- Create a robust, always-on recruiting strategy to build a constant talent pipeline.
- Ensure a top-notch candidate and business partner experience by developing streamlined processes for interviewing, communication, and feedback.
- Utilize a data-driven approach, tracking team progress, surfacing key metrics, and iterating recruiting strategy.
- Own a targeted req load of key leadership positions and critical hires.
- Assess and analyze current recruiting and talent management processes, optimizing and improving them relative to business goals.
- Partner with Finance, HR, and leaders on workforce planning, role approvals, and budget management.
- Immerse yourself in the company culture, business needs, and various functions to understand ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop and maintain effective partnerships with key leaders to understand department structures, initiatives, and talent needs.
- Maintain active industry awareness, understanding the competitive landscape, market data, and emerging trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years in Talent Acquisition.
- At least 4 years of experience leading successful teams.
- Experience in fast-paced, nimble environments, ideally with dynamic and diverse employee populations (mix of hourly and salary, tech and non-tech).
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a proven track record of hiring and developing top talent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to communicate effectively with key decision-makers, candidates, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success implementing innovative ways to attract and retain candidates.
- Proficiency using ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred), LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
- Proficiency with Google Suite.
