About the Role
Destination Kia is seeking passionate, skilled, and driven B-Level Service Technicians to join their dynamic team. This role involves diagnosing and repairing Nissan vehicles, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring a world-class customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Nissan vehicles with speed, accuracy, and integrity.
- Perform routine maintenance services (oil changes, brake jobs, inspections, etc.).
- Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and factory training.
- Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.
- Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
- Road test vehicles when required.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and services provided.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
- Deliver a world-class customer experience by ensuring every car leaves the shop running at its best.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for all things automotive.
- A team-player attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Must be available to work Rotating Saturdays.
- Have your own basic set of hand tools.
- Must be able to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in accordance with factory and dealership standards.
- Offers of employment contingent upon successfully passing review of motor vehicle records.
