About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician at Marshall Farms, you will play an important role in supporting our mission to improve the lives of people and pets by maintaining facilities, equipment, and grounds to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform general and preventative maintenance throughout Marshall Farms and its subsidiaries.
- Complete facility-related maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, plowing, hauling materials, and operating equipment.
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, installation, and repair work.
- Provide support to various departments as needed.
- Maintain equipment and supplies while promoting workplace safety and environmental stewardship.
- Preserve required records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Advise management when equipment operation may present safety hazards.
- Follow and promote company safety policies and maintain clean, organized work areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Education and/or experience demonstrating proficiency in general maintenance principles and practices.
- Valid New York State Driver's License.
- Ability to maintain a driving record that satisfies company insurance requirements.
- Experience performing general maintenance activities including mechanical, electrical, construction, or facility maintenance tasks.
- Experience safely operating vehicles, machinery, and maintenance equipment.

- Education and/or experience demonstrating proficiency in general maintenance principles and practices.
Salary/Compensations
- $17.92 - $26.10/hour
