Dorsey Gardens is seeking a full-time, service-minded Maintenance Technician to maintain and upgrade its 132-unit residential apartment community, ensuring its good condition and functionality.

Responsibilities

Prepare units for occupancy.
Complete make-ready work and general work orders.
Perform general maintenance, including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
Perform manual repairs such as fixing locks and replacing windows.
Conduct general upkeep procedures like landscaping, painting, carpentry, and pool maintenance.
Complete daily paperwork.
Fulfill on-call responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Proven experience as a maintenance technician.
Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
General knowledge of maintenance duties.
Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
