About the Role
This role involves performing commercial cleaning tasks according to established schedules and procedures, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness for clients.
Responsibilities
- Empty trash receptacles.
- Dust furniture, including desks, chairs, and tables.
- Dust all exposed surfaces such as window sills and ledges.
- Clean all glass and mirrors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms using company-provided products, tools, and procedures.
- Vacuum and mop floors.
- Perform weekly detailed cleaning tasks.
- Utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
- Complete any special requests made by clients and document them in the company log.
Requirements
- Must arrive at the work location on time for scheduled shifts.
- Must work within the allotted hours for each task.
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Must demonstrate respect and understanding towards co-workers and customers.
- Must contribute to a positive work environment with a pleasant attitude.
- Must wear the proper uniform at all times.
- Must be able to differentiate between various cleaning products and their appropriate uses.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to perform constant standing, walking, pushing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
