About the Role
The Learning Experience – Dripping Springs is seeking a loving and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our growing childcare team. Our center is a place where “Happy Happens Here,” and our teachers help create that joy every day. We’re looking for someone passionate about early childhood development who thrives in a warm, family-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in helping our youngest learners reach developmental milestones through sensory play, music, movement, and responsive caregiving.
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment for infants.
- Follow a daily schedule that includes feeding, diapering, and early learning activities.
- Build loving relationships with children, families, and co-teachers.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s daily experiences, growth, and milestones.
- Maintain compliance with Texas childcare licensing standards and safety policies.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of childcare experience (required).
- CPR/First Aid certification (required).
- Genuine love and patience for infants and early learning.

- Competitive hourly pay: $16.50–$18.50/hr, based on experience
