About the Role
Step into the holiday season as a Seasonal Beauty Host at L'Occitane's Belmont Park Village Outlet. Welcome guests, provide thoughtful recommendations, and transform holiday shopping into a memorable, sensorial experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with warmth and festive energy, creating an inviting atmosphere and a personalized sensorial experience.
- Anticipate guest needs, listen carefully, and recommend skincare, body care, and fragrance gifts.
- Remain flexible, positive, and attentive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple guests and priorities.
- Support sales goals and daily store operations by replenishing product, maintaining visual standards, and prioritizing the guest.
- Collaborate with colleagues, offer support where needed, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Adapt communication style to guests and team members, welcome feedback, and facilitate smooth handoffs during peak traffic.
Requirements
