About the Role

Searchable is an agentic marketing platform built for the age of AI search. We help companies grow their organic presence across SEO, AEO, and GEO through a fully agentic platform that identifies opportunities, recommends actions, and automates improvements. We are backed by top angels and VCs and are building the team that will define the category.

Responsibilities

Own the core product end to end, responsible for all core user journeys from sign-up to ongoing monitoring.
Partner with the Head of Product and CEO to decide the future direction of Searchable.
Talk to customers, research competitors, and inform product development decisions.
Drive daily execution and support strategic direction, focusing on clearly defined deliverables for the engineering team.
Create detailed UX flows, write clear specifications, and build demo prototypes.
Unblock the AI-native engineering team.
Apply technical judgment to agent development, deciding when agents should act autonomously, require human approval, or not use AI.
Redefine the marketing and search industry as an agent-first experience.

Requirements

Owned a product or surface that drove over $10M ARR.
Led a major product area or a zero-to-one product through meaningful growth, with demonstrable impact on metrics like conversion, retention, and LTV.
Deep experience in B2B SaaS, with a track record of building products that convert and retain.
Experience building AI agent products, with a deep understanding of the technology, including successes, failures, and lessons learned.
Experience with building evals and golden sets for AI agents.
Act as an AI builder, not just a spec writer; capable of building clickable prototypes to demonstrate changes.
Deep product craft and attention to UX details, understanding problems thoroughly before proposing solutions.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and frame unclear problems to drive them forward independently.
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, proactively addressing problems.
Technical enough to challenge engineers on models, data, and trade-offs, and open to their input.
Ability to articulate a trade-off made between quality, speed, and cost in a model-powered feature and its data outcomes.
