About the Role
You will help us ship new features in our core product and Paula, our AI product. You will own a topic, understand the actual problem with our Product Lead, conceptualize the solution, implement it across frontend and backend, and deploy it. You will also own what you ship thereafter. We are a small team with fast cycles and work fully agentically: you plan, let agents implement, review, and test. You are responsible for every change that goes live. We ship almost daily.
Responsibilities
- Ship new features in the core product and Paula, our AI product.
- Own a topic from problem understanding to deployment and maintenance.
- Conceptualize and implement solutions across frontend and backend.
- Deploy features and ensure their ongoing ownership.
- Utilize AI agents for development tasks.
- Review and test code changes.
- Build new use cases for Paula, our AI product.
- Integrate Paula deeper with the core product.
- Make AI behavior reliable and understandable.
- Develop integrations for customer process connections to PlanD.
Requirements
- First professional experience as an Engineer (approx. 1-3 years).
- Proven ownership by having built and launched something independently.
- Experience with agentic work, building software with agents (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) and explaining their output.
- Full-stack fundamentals: frontend, backend, and database.
- Secure knowledge in Python.
- Clean Code knowledge and understanding of building scalable systems.
- Interest in B2B SaaS, operational software, or field services.
- Understanding of current frameworks for developing agents.
