About the Role

3Search is a commercial recruitment agency seeking a Recruitment Leader to fuel growth by finding talent for companies. This role focuses on the Marketing industry and involves leading a team and managing client and candidate relationships.

Responsibilities

Build and manage an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the Marketing industry.
Lead and motivate a team of Recruiters.
Consistently develop existing and new relationships with clients, proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
Manage a full-cycle recruitment process.
Provide thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results.
Manage complex negotiations and coach others to navigate tricky recruitment situations.
Work within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets.
Positively promote the 3Search brand in the market.

Requirements

Demonstrated success in delivering against individual and team revenue targets.
Extensive people management experience.
Successful experience as a 360 recruiter and manager in an agency environment.
Strong new business skillset.
High levels of motivation to achieve development goals.
Aspiration to be a thought leader in their sector.
Ability to generate and encourage the sharing of ideas.
Proficiency in giving and receiving quality feedback.
