Responsibilities
- Own real problems from first idea to production.
- Start on vague problems without waiting for a spec and develop them further.
- Utilize AI tools to increase speed while verifying output.
- Investigate bugs to find the root cause.
Requirements
- Solid fundamentals with proof of depth (projects shipped, open-source contributions, internships, or strong coursework).
- Proactively consider potential issues such as performance, failure modes, and edge cases.
- Debug issues to find the root cause, not just the symptom.
- Bonus: A live product with real users, a self-built and hardened system, or hackathon/competitive programming results.
