About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to join our Core Division's Enterprise Knowledge pillar. This team is responsible for how large, multi-site customers define and govern their operational data, building the Templating Service to allow enterprises to define and cascade procedures, assets, work orders, or parts across sites with versioning and controlled publishing.
Responsibilities
- Own the Templating Service end to end, including the redesign of the location and asset hierarchy.
- Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for templates across assets, procedures, work orders, and parts.
- Consolidate three overlapping configuration systems into one registry with a migration path.
- Resolve semantic complexities related to update policies, publish and conflict flows, versioning, and promoting records into templates.
- Manage the design-partner program, conducting customer sessions and discovery to inform the roadmap.
- Take the hierarchy redesign from specification to a validated model, ensuring additive and non-breaking changes for existing customers.
Requirements
- 10+ years in product management.
- 5+ years of platform or core-product work at an enterprise SaaS company.
- Experience with entity models, permissioning, and configuration frameworks.
- Deep systems thinking, ability to reason about complex policies and schemas.
- Proven ability to conduct discovery, using evidence to inform decisions.
- Track record of sequencing multi-year foundational work while delivering customer value quarterly.
