About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to join our Core Division within the Enterprise Knowledge pillar. This team is responsible for how large, multi-site customers define and govern their operational data. The pillar is building the Templating Service, a layer that allows enterprises to define procedures, assets, work orders, or parts once and cascade them to every site with versioning, update policies, and controlled publishing.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Templating Service end to end, and as it matures, the redesign of the location and asset hierarchy underneath it.
  • Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for templates across assets, procedures, work orders, and parts, taking the current design-partner alpha to GA adoption across multi-site enterprise accounts.
  • Consolidate three overlapping configuration systems into one registry, with a migration path and deprecation sequence that strands no customer mid-move.
  • Resolve the semantics in this space, including update policies, publish and conflict flows, versioning, and promoting existing records into templates, ensuring settled rules for teams building on top.
  • Run the design-partner program, including recurring customer sessions and prototype-driven discovery, converted into roadmap items.
  • Take the hierarchy redesign from spec to validated model, including typed locations, N-level depth, and functional positions that keep PM schedules alive through asset swaps, ensuring additive and non-breaking changes for customers on the current two-level structure.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years of platform or core-product work at an enterprise SaaS company.
  • Experience with entity models, permissioning, and configuration frameworks.
  • Deep systems thinking, ability to reason about cardinality and migration states, and discuss trade-offs with staff engineers.
  • A real discovery motion, running design-partner sessions and letting evidence overrule opinion.
  • A track record of sequencing multi-year foundational work while shipping customer-visible value every quarter.
