About the Role
MOTOR Ai is dedicated to making Level 4 autonomous driving a reality. We combine state-of-the-art AI with a multidisciplinary team to introduce the first certified autonomous driving solution in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Test automated vehicles on public roads and in controlled areas, including manoeuvres, edge cases, and regression checks.
- Prepare test sessions, including software release, vehicle status, and data recording.
- Convert logs and observations into structured reports.
- Triage findings, identify root causes, and create clear, reproducible tickets.
- Create test plans and test cases, ensuring requirement traceability and testability.
- Contribute to improving testing processes, tooling, and automation, utilizing AI tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in automotive or robotics testing, ideally hands-on with full vehicles.
- Solid knowledge of vehicle systems and dynamics.
- System-level understanding of ADAS/AD.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to write precise, reproducible findings.
- Experience with Jira and test management tools (e.g., DOORS).
- Experience with AI tools.
- Fluent English; German is a plus.
- Valid driving licence (class B) and extensive driving experience.
- Flexibility for field work.
- A can-do attitude and the drive to deliver great results as a team.
