About the Role
This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-growth global sports media and entertainment business where talent is at the centre of everything we do. You’ll play a key role in shaping teams that power our product, commercial, marketing and corporate functions, directly impacting our continued growth and innovation. Working onsite in our Hammersmith office, you’ll be embedded in the business, building strong relationships with stakeholders and becoming a trusted hiring partner across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of business functions
- Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies and interview processes
- Proactively sourcing and engaging top talent through multiple channels
- Conducting competency-based interviews and screening calls
- Advising stakeholders on market insights, salary benchmarking and hiring best practices
- Ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout
- Supporting diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive recruitment practices
- Maintaining accurate reporting and ATS data integrity
Requirements
- Proven in-house or agency recruitment experience
- Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and advise
- Excellent sourcing capability and proactive talent mapping skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong organisational skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to process excellence
- A collaborative, team-first attitude
