About the Role
As a Commercial Intern, you will support our Partnerships and Partner Success teams in London, gaining hands-on experience in preparing commercial materials, assisting partners with growth, and testing new product features. You will analyze service performance data to provide actionable recommendations and help launch marketing campaigns to boost ridership.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert on Via, building a nuanced understanding of its tech, use cases, and best practices.
- Support the Partnerships team by preparing materials, insights, and research for deal closure and growth.
- Contribute to quality assurance by testing new product features and drafting product documentation.
- Set up marketing campaigns to help partners boost ridership and build materials showcasing success stories.
- Analyze service performance data to support quarterly business reviews and provide actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- A final-year undergraduate, master's student, or recent graduate with prior work experience.
- A creative problem-solver who questions existing methods and suggests improvements.
- A clear communicator adaptable to different audiences with a sharp eye for detail.
- Proactive, curious, and entrepreneurial, energized by commercial and technical challenges.
