About the Role

Mercedes-Benz of Huntington seeks a Front Desk Sales Receptionist with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. We provide ongoing training and reward outstanding effort and results through bonus and commission programs.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome all customers with a friendly attitude and uncover their needs.
Answer phones, direct consumers to the proper department, and follow up promptly.
Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
Operate the switchboard telephone system.
Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize the length of time customers spend on hold.
Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed.

Requirements

Be friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees.
Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently.
Experience as a receptionist and/or in customer service is preferred.
Extra hours available to cover additional shifts as needed.
