About the Role

This role is responsible for optimizing airline sales activities to drive incremental revenue and increase market share. The Senior Analyst Sales Operations & Analysis will build and maintain intelligence tools supporting JetBlue’s growth in various sales strategies and report on sales efforts and strategy effectiveness to commercial teams.

Responsibilities

Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on sales performance using data from multiple sources.
Measure Sales’ added financial value to the JetBlue route network through P&L analysis and revenue incrementality studies.
Design, automate, enhance, and maintain automated reports and tools, ensuring their dissemination.
Build, structure, and develop the department’s internal data warehouse using SQL and linked dashboards via visualization tools.
Optimize commercial and operational performance through diverse projects with internal stakeholder groups.
Provide feedback on strategy relative to events, advertising, and projects using data and knowledge of the corporate sales environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in business analytics, science, mathematics, or business field, OR High School Diploma/GED with at least four (4) years of relevant experience.
Three (3) years of experience in a role utilizing Excel and SQL.
One year of experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or Looker.
Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel through an onsite, computer-based work sample.
Highly motivated and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Available for occasional overnight travel (10%).
Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
Must be legally eligible to work in the country.
Authorization to work in the US is required; this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Salary/Compensations

$88,000.00 - $132,000.00 per year
