About the Role
We are seeking individuals to enhance our UX, focusing on delivering customer value through system-level software development. This includes model-based development, PoCs for EV/Robotics, and control software for power/inverters. You will connect modeling and simulation to implementation and customer proposals, working with our MCU/SoC, analog, and power products. We welcome both experienced professionals and those eager to explore new technological frontiers.
Responsibilities
- Develop software for reference designs and PoCs in automotive, robotics, and power/inverter fields.
- Conduct control specification studies, modeling, simulation, and verification using model-based development.
- Develop PoC software for EV and robotics applications, perform on-site evaluations, and build demonstrations.
- Develop and evaluate embedded software and control algorithms for power, inverters, and motor control.
- Develop system-level solutions integrating MCU/SoC, analog, and power products.
- Manage project progress, analyze, and resolve technical challenges.
- Propose technical solutions, conduct demonstrations, and provide technical support to customers.
- Take ownership of experienced areas and collaborate with the team on new domains.
Requirements
- Practical experience in embedded software, control software, or system development.
- Development experience using C/C++, Python, or MATLAB/Simulink.
- Ability to manage software design, implementation, debugging, and evaluation.
- Capability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to organize and resolve technical issues.
- Proactive approach to challenging new technical fields.
- English proficiency: Conversational level or above (approx. TOEIC 500+).
- Japanese proficiency: Business level or above.
