About the Role
Titan Factory Direct is seeking a results-driven Professional Housing Consultant who is passionate about sales and marketing, enjoys meeting new people, and is driven to achieve ambitious goals. This role offers unlimited opportunities for growth within the Manufactured Home Industry, with comprehensive support including award-winning training and a competitive salary/uncapped commission structure.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell New/Used homes using solid arguments to prospective clients
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with potential clients to meet their needs
- Reach out to leads
- Drive leads through your Marketing efforts
- Achieve sales targets, and appointments
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and supervisors
- Continue to improve through feedback, constructive criticism and everyday training
Requirements
- Speak both English & Spanish
- Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
- Outside Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Background check and Drug Screen are required
