About the Role
Join our team at New Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, NY, for the Buffalo Bills Season. This role offers an opportunity to be part of live stadium events in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, contributing to the development of a state-of-the-art venue.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate imaging of invoice supporting documents.
- Manage data entry and record-keeping processes.
- Assist in streamlining the accounts payable process.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.
- Adhere to Legends Global and venue company policies.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.
- Be available to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be a current student enrolled in an accredited college or university or have graduated within the past 6 months at the time of application.
- Pursuing or recently completed coursework in Finance, Operations, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Exhibit flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
- Ability to work every single scheduled event day.
- Ability to be self-motivated, work independently, and function well as a team player.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to understand and communicate written and oral directions.
