This role involves working closely with various teams to define product strategy and drive customer outcomes, offering significant growth opportunities as Catapult evolves its video products.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for the American Football Pro Video suite, prioritized against clear, measurable customer outcomes.
  • Manage the product operating rhythm, including clear specifications, release plans, launch readiness, and monthly updates, ensuring distributed teams align with the football season calendar.
  • Engage directly with customers, including video coordinators, coaches, and operations staff in the NFL and NCAA, to translate observations into actionable product decisions.
  • Collaborate with engineering leads on scope and trade-offs, with UX on product design and user experience, and with customer success, sales, and marketing on adoption and go-to-market strategies.
  • Mentor product managers and elevate the product team's practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, including shipping and scaling B2B or SaaS products, preferably with video, media, or data components.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, demonstrated through managing a tight backlog, a disciplined release process, and reliable written communication.
  • Comfort with technical details, including desktop and cloud architectures, video workflows, data models, and engineering trade-offs.
  • Leadership presence and ambition, with experience mentoring product managers or leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with cloud and desktop products is a plus.
  • Experience with hardware-adjacent products (capture, cameras, wearables) is a plus.
