About the Role
This role involves providing top-tier luxury airline catering with a focus on exceptional quality, first-class service, and an exquisite range of menu options.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet lounge customers and offer them the highest level of hospitality during their visit to the lounge
- Maintain the opening and closing of the bar for each shift
- Make coffees/beverages, cocktails, and mixed drinks
- Maintain the coffee machines
- Knowledge of food product offered in the Lounge
- Maintain bar stock control documentation
- Clean up the entire bar area including floor, counters, and cupboards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years bartending experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great Team player
- Attention to details and the ability to work fast under pressure
- Self-motivated attitude
- Confident working in a team
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Flexibility in regards to your work availability is essential, as the Lounge operates 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Right to work in the UK
