About the Role
In your role as a Working Student Real Estate Management (m/f/d), you will actively contribute to the management of our co-ownership concept and support our teams with ongoing projects and daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Management and automation of incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Automation of preliminary invoice accounting.
- Data maintenance of co-ownership data.
- Management of co-owner app access.
- Processing of operations mailboxes.
Requirements
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, or a similar field.
- Ideally, you have initial experience in real estate, administration, or finance (working student/internships).
- Ability to work effectively and precisely in a fast-paced environment, either independently or as part of a team, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Team player, committed to solving challenges.
- Excellent analytical and structured working style.
- Fluent German and very good English language skills.
- Very good MS Office skills are required.
