- Question requirements, identify underlying user and business problems, and derive appropriate solution options.
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog considering value, scope, effort, quality, risks, and dependencies.
- Translate complex business requirements into understandable and actionable tasks, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Moderate workshops and coordination meetings with business departments, development, UX/UI, architecture, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure transparency in requirements, priorities, and business goals, and incorporate relevant user and stakeholder feedback into further development.
- Accompany refinements, sprint planning, reviews, and business acceptances.
- Prepare decision-making bases, communicate goal conflicts transparently, and identify risks and dependencies early on.

- Ability to analyze, structure, and prepare complex business requirements for the target audience.
- Ability to evaluate user and business value, effort, quality, risks, and dependencies, and derive well-founded priorities and decisions.
- Comfortable working in complex business and technical environments and quickly learning new business processes.
- Good understanding of modern software development and confident communication between business departments and development.
- Confident communication with various stakeholders, understanding user needs and economic contexts, and developing viable solutions even with conflicting interests.
