About the Role
As a Founder's Associate, you will take on a broad spectrum of responsible tasks with significant impact. This role offers the opportunity to gain insight into various company areas within a fast-growing startup, actively shape its development, and make a tangible contribution to the company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive international expansion and go-to-market strategies for new regions.
- Build and continuously develop relationships with insurers and other partners.
- Coordinate key cross-functional projects and ensure close alignment among all stakeholders.
- Conduct financial analyses to support business decisions and investor relations.
- Prepare strategic documents, presentations, and business cases for management and the board.
- Take ownership of special projects and collaborate across teams to solve central challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university with demonstrated academic and professional achievements.
- Minimum of one year of full-time experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a startup environment.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful data analyses and reporting solutions.
- Clear communication and effective collaboration with various departments, executives, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to present results persuasively.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to develop pragmatic solutions.
- Experience in successfully coordinating and managing projects with multiple stakeholders and diverse interests.
- Fluent in German and English.
