About the Role

Two Six Technologies is seeking a talented Analyst to join our Customer Success team to help create Information Advantage for US Government customers. The successful candidate will have an analytic mind, passion for problem solving and customer interaction, and dedication to mission. This role involves serving as a key customer-facing operational SME, integrating Two Six products and capabilities into operational plans for military and interagency partners, and leveraging a deep understanding of the technology to deploy, integrate, and maintain the underlying architecture and technical implementation of the Sentr capabilities.

Responsibilities

Accelerate decision velocity to identify opportunities, isolate narrative vulnerabilities, optimize target acquisition, and orchestrate immediate campaign deployment from the headquarters.
Isolate narrative vulnerabilities and plan information operations, leveraging Two Six products driven by agentic AI and an enriched data architecture to provide insight on opportunities in the non-kinetic space.
Act as the primary liaison between technical development teams and operational commanders to ensure capabilities match tactical and strategic mission objectives.
Evaluate adversary vulnerabilities and friendly capability sets to advise leadership on optimal operational timing, risk mitigation, and target selection.
Draft high-level strategic documents and present operational plans to senior military leadership, government agencies, and coalition partners.
Represent and promote Two Six Technologies in customer engagements and explore expansion opportunities.
Build relationships with adjacent customers to understand their requirements and how Two Six offerings can meet them, and to grow the Two Six presence in the customer arena.

Requirements

Seven (7) years of experience working directly with government customers in the national security space, and the information domain space.
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
An active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI Eligibility; ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph.
Knowledge of technologies and data used in the information advantage domain, including any of the following: PAI, data collection and analytics, natural language processing, AI, including machine learning, ad tech, mobile technology, and/or telecommunications.
Excellence in communicating, including written and verbal.
Ability to collaborate across teams, especially within a distributed team.
Ability and willingness to learn new things, particularly new technology.
Ability to operate independently. A self-starter.
Excellent analytic skills.
Ability to combine quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate insight.
Experience in the information advantage domain, including best tradecraft practices.
Experience providing mission support through product licenses, not just services.
Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI Eligibility; ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph.
