About the Role

You will support our DAT team with data entry and shipment creation, ensuring shipments are accurate and on time. You will assist the transport team with planning and managing shipments from customers through our cross-docks to carrier hubs. You will flexibly switch between teams to resolve discrepancies, coordinate with partners and customers, and analyze volumes and key figures. You will also be on-site with logistics partners and customers throughout Germany as needed, working closely with colleagues in transport, carrier management, customer service, and sorting.

Responsibilities

Support the DAT team with data entry and shipment creation.
Ensure shipments are accurate and on time.
Assist the transport team with planning and managing shipments.
Flexibly switch between teams to resolve discrepancies, coordinate with partners and customers, and analyze volumes and key figures.
Be on-site with logistics partners and customers throughout Germany as needed.
Work closely with colleagues in transport, carrier management, customer service, and sorting.

Requirements

Enrolled at a university (field of study open) and working as a working student 20 hours per week or as an intern up to 40 hours.
Resilient, maintain a cool head under pressure, and be hands-on where needed.
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
German language skills at B1 level and English at C1 level.
Willingness to travel.
Class B driver's license is a significant plus.
