About the Role

As a training provider undergoing transformation, FORUM Berufsbildung is shaping the future of vocational training. We aim to strengthen our colleagues' professional self-efficacy to optimally support training participants. To achieve this, we are expanding our digital infrastructure and seeking a Product Owner to actively shape this path.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop internal software and SaaS applications.
Translate user requirements into feature requests and developments, implemented in collaboration with IT.
Prioritize and maintain the backlog, considering strategic goals and operational needs.
Actively support the introduction of new systems and assist with training for colleagues.
Moderate between five product areas and service departments to consolidate diverse requirements into actionable solutions.
Develop a holistic perspective to analyze and manage the impact of system adjustments on the entire company.

Requirements

Strong affinity for digitalization and strategic thinking.
Ability to articulate complex requirements clearly and develop technical solutions that meet user needs.
Empathy to understand and implement the requirements of a diverse, non-highly digitized user group.
Strong communication and moderation skills for collaboration with various teams and departments.
High performance orientation and structuring ability to bring projects to a successful conclusion.
Experience with OKRs or willingness to learn this framework.
