About the Role
Ever is building the future of auto retail with an AI-native platform, aiming to create the next $100B+ automotive business, starting with electric vehicles. This role offers the opportunity to build core product features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence the technical direction of an early-stage, rapidly growing company.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship core product features across Ever’s marketplace and operations platform
- Partner closely with Product, Design, Data, and Operations teams to deliver high-impact solutions
- Participate in technical design reviews, architecture decisions, and interviewing
- Help shape Ever’s technical roadmap and platform foundation
Requirements
- 3–8+ years of building full stack applications
- Experience owning projects or leading teams in fast-paced environments
- Startup mentality — thrives in ambiguity and rapid iteration with high ownership
- Passion for building real-world products with visible impact
