About the Role
Support experienced project and construction managers in steering large construction projects through all project phases to achieve cost, time, and quality goals. Assess technical building conditions and evaluate potential for maintenance, repair, and modernization. Prepare cost estimates, calculations, and schedules for alignment with owners and administrators. Prepare and participate in the awarding of construction services.
Responsibilities
- Independent and technically sound construction management or supervision for various construction projects in existing buildings.
- Support for renovation and maintenance measures.
- Support experienced project and construction managers in steering large construction projects through all project phases to achieve cost, time, and quality goals.
- Assessment of technical building conditions, including evaluation of maintenance, repair, and modernization potential.
- Preparation of cost estimates, calculations, and schedules for alignment with owners and administrators.
- Preparation and participation in the awarding of construction services.
Requirements
- Successful completion of studies with a technical or business administration background (architecture, civil or industrial engineering), or a qualified technician or experienced tradesperson with commercial experience.
- Professional experience in construction supervision is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of Orca is desirable.
- Confident demeanor, teamwork skills, and decisiveness.
