About the Role
We are looking for a PTA to combine pharmaceutical knowledge with social media to create informative and engaging content that provides orientation and an authentic insight into our pharmacy's daily life.
Responsibilities
- Develop and create technically sound content for social media channels, including posts, stories, and short videos.
- Prepare topics related to health, medication use, care, and prevention in an understandable, appealing, and target-group-oriented manner.
- Present our services, consultation offers, and promotions, such as delivery service, e-prescription, measurements, or special events.
- Provide authentic insights into our pharmacy's daily life and team, making the PTA profession visible.
- Support recruiting and employer branding through team introductions, behind-the-scenes insights, and posts about open positions and training opportunities.
- Manage comments and messages on our channels, answering general questions independently and forwarding individual health questions for personal consultation.
- Assist with editorial planning, contribute own topic ideas, and coordinate content approval before publication.
- Ensure content complies with relevant legal and data protection regulations.
- Monitor key metrics like reach and engagement, and collaboratively develop content further.
Requirements
- Completed training as a PTA.
- Enjoy conveying pharmaceutical knowledge and reaching people with understandable content.
- Interest in social media, digital communication, and content creation.
- Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok, ideally with initial experience in editorial use.
- Ability to formulate technical and complex content clearly, precisely, and in a target-group-oriented manner.
- Good sense for language, images, and digital formats.
- Careful, reliable, and responsible work ethic, with sensitivity to data protection and legal requirements.
- Willingness to contribute own ideas and enjoy teamwork.
