We are seeking experienced Master Stylists or Master Cosmetologists with advanced technical skills in precision cutting, advanced coloring, or texture services. This role is ideal for professionals who bring expertise, confidence, and a loyal clientele, requiring minimal supervision to succeed. We also welcome stylists eager to grow into this career stage.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical services including precision cutting, advanced coloring, and texture services.
- Conduct personalized consultations with clients.
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele.
- Utilize social, local, and in-salon promotions to attract guests.
- Attend free advanced education and internal training.
Requirements
- A valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific).
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
- Strong technical skills in precision cuts, fades, color services, and personalized consultations.
- Experience with advanced techniques such as highlights, balayage, texture services, and finishing.
- A loyal book of business generating $1,300+ per week (preferred).
- Professionalism, confidence, and the ability to thrive with minimal guidance.
- Ability to perform Essential Job Functions satisfactorily.
