The FuturePRO (Student to Work) Program at Hair Cuttery is designed for cosmetology students to provide mentorship, training, and a pathway to a successful career in the beauty industry, with the potential for high earnings.
Responsibilities
- Support the guest experience by working the reception area.
- Participate in a training plan developed with your Salon Leader.
- Partner with a licensed professional to perform consultations on select guests.
- Observe licensed professionals at work and ask questions to enhance skills.
- Receive training on professional product knowledge, consultation skills, and client building.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in beauty school and readiness to transition into a professional career.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
- Willingness to learn cuts, fades, and color techniques.
