Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in growth engineering, MarTech architecture, or technical growth marketing, preferably in Fintech, banking, or a regulated, app-first industry.
  • Deep technical understanding of MMPs, iOS/Android privacy frameworks (ATT, Privacy Sandbox), server-side tracking, and custom webhook implementations.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for data interrogation and strong scripting skills in Python or JavaScript/Node.js for API integrations, AI workflow automation, and custom tool building.
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling, event streaming (e.g., Kafka, Snowplow), and enterprise BI platforms (Looker, Tableau) in collaboration with data engineering teams.
  • Practical experience leveraging AI and LLM APIs to build custom automation scripts or internal tools for marketing teams.
