About the Role
As a driver, you will travel to and from our customers to collect and dispose of their hazardous waste items. You will visit customer sites servicing their hazardous waste facilities such as sharp bins, poisons, dental waste and other types of waste. You will ensure your vehicle is safe at all times, provide exceptional customer service, and uphold a professional image.
Responsibilities
- Visiting customer sites to service hazardous waste facilities.
- Ensuring vehicle safety and adherence to safe driving practices.
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional image.
- Loading and unloading units and bins.
- Passing on sales leads.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence held for more than two years.
- No more than six penalty points on driving licence.
- Comfortable working in a manual role involving loading and unloading.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Flexibility with working patterns.
- Ability to use own initiative.
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- May be required to pass a DBS check.

Salary/Compensations
- Basic salary: £28,270 per annum (Including London weighting)
- Expected OTE: £31,000 per annum
- Potential for increased salary with overtime and future hour changes.
