About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join a busy marketing team, focusing on delivering campaigns to our customer base through various channels. This role supports the campaigns team's objectives within the wider marketing team, collaborating with internal departments and external partners.

Responsibilities

Work with the New Homes sales team to deliver a range of campaigns via email and SMS.
Use platforms to extract data and merge with creative for timely communications.
Build and test creative to ensure brand standards and optimize for mobile and desktop delivery.
Send targeted communication to consumers and agents using the email broadcast platform.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to keep them informed of activity, results, and timelines.
Liaise with agencies, estate agents, and new homes developer customers on campaign status and address queries.
Manage workflow to ensure deadlines are met.
Collate and record results accurately.
Analyze activity results and recommend performance improvements.
Support other marketing team members and grow skills within the department.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Ideally 12 months of relevant marketing experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Strong presentation skills.
Proficiency in design tools such as Canva (or similar) and Powerpoint.
Excellent organizational skills, with a proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; confident in producing reports and presentations.
Familiarity with Google Analytics (or similar analytics platforms) and website performance metrics (beneficial).
Results-driven, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
