About the Role

This role involves developing and delivering creator partnerships that connect brands with audiences through sport, entertainment, and culture. You will work across major brands, sports properties, and entertainment platforms, developing influencer strategies, building relationships with creators, and managing campaigns from outreach to measurement. The focus is on understanding storytelling, audience engagement, and how creator partnerships contribute to brand objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop influencer and creator strategies that respond to client objectives, audience needs, and the role of different platforms.
  • Identify and source relevant creators across sport, entertainment, lifestyle, and culture, assessing audience relevance, credibility, content quality, and brand fit.
  • Build and maintain relationships with creators, talent, management agencies, and other relevant partners.
  • Lead creator outreach, negotiations, fees, contracting, and campaign logistics.
  • Develop creator recommendations and talent shortlists, clearly articulating the rationale behind each selection.
  • Write clear, engaging creator briefs that balance brand objectives and messaging with the creator's own voice, style, and relationship with their audience.
  • Manage campaigns from initial planning and talent selection through to briefing, content delivery, approvals, publication, and reporting.
  • Work closely with creative, content, and account teams to develop creator-led ideas that feel authentic, platform-native, and relevant to the audience.
  • Understand how creator partnerships can work alongside wider campaigns, sponsorships, social content, and brand activity to deliver an integrated approach.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, and contractual obligations, ensuring campaigns are delivered to scope.
  • Review creator content and manage feedback and approvals, balancing client requirements with creative quality and audience expectations.
  • Monitor creator, platform, and cultural trends to identify new talent, emerging formats, and opportunities for brands.
  • Track campaign performance against agreed objectives, translating results into clear insights and recommendations for future activity.
  • Use performance data and campaign learnings to inform creator selection, briefing, and optimization.
  • Build strong client relationships, communicating progress, managing expectations, and providing clear recommendations.
  • Contribute to pitches and new business opportunities, developing creator recommendations and ideas that demonstrate the value of influencer partnerships.
  • Stay curious about developments in the creator economy, including new platforms, talent models, content formats, and approaches to brand partnerships.

Requirements

  • 6+ years' experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, or a similar role, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of the creator landscape across social platforms, particularly within brands, sport, entertainment, lifestyle, and culture.
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns end to end, from talent sourcing and negotiation through to delivery and reporting.
  • Commercially minded, with experience managing budgets, fees, contracts, usage rights, and campaign deliverables.
  • Able to identify creators who are right for a brand based on audience relevance, credibility, creative quality, and campaign objectives.
  • Strong understanding of how creators build relationships with their audiences and how brands can participate in those relationships authentically.
  • Comfortable writing creator briefs and working with talent to develop content that meets brand objectives without losing the creator's distinctive voice.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines.
  • Confident communicating with clients, creators, talent managers, and internal teams.
  • Able to interpret campaign results and turn performance data into useful recommendations.
  • Naturally curious about social platforms, internet culture, emerging talent, and changing audience behaviors.
  • Motivated by collaboration and able to work effectively across multiple agency disciplines.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving agency environment.
  • Able to balance creative ambition with commercial realities, client requirements, and practical delivery.
  • Passionate about the role creators can play in building brands, connecting audiences, and driving business growth.
  • Experience working with brands, in sport and beyond (Desirable).
  • Experience activating creators around major sporting events or sponsorships (Desirable).
  • Experience working across international markets or multi-market campaigns (Desirable).
  • Experience developing longer-term creator partnerships or ambassador programs (Desirable).
