Wellnow Health GmbH offers modern corporate health management solutions, establishing services like massage and on-site physiotherapy. Join our Berlin team to actively shape these processes.
Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries via the website, clarify needs, and guide prospects to signing.
- Call leads from LinkedIn campaigns and schedule appointments.
- Contact companies by phone that are not yet familiar with us.
- Research and identify suitable companies and contacts, entering them into the CRM.
- Engage with existing contacts in the system.
- Prepare for and follow up on meetings with management.
- Contribute to marketing efforts by providing insights from customer interactions to improve campaigns and messaging.
Requirements
- Enjoy talking and persuading others without being pushy.
- Desire to learn sales from the ground up.
- Work in a structured manner and adhere to processes.
- Learn quickly and persevere through challenges.
- Communicate clearly via phone and video calls.
- Possess a calm and pleasant voice.
- Write German clearly and without errors.
- Previous CRM experience is a plus.
- Interest in health and HR is a plus.
