About the Role

We are looking for support for a short, clearly defined project to transfer our contract inventory into a contract management tool. You will ensure that our contracts are stored completely, structured, and AI-supported for evaluation in the system. An ideal project to gain practical experience with digital contract management and the use of AI prompts.

Responsibilities

Upload existing contracts into the system
Create and maintain associated prompts for reading and structuring contract content
Store contract data such as terms, notice periods, and contract partners in a structured manner within the system
Review results for completeness and accuracy to ensure a clean, traceable, and high-quality database
Coordinate internally regarding necessary data fields and structured evaluations

Requirements

Enrolled student, ideally in business, law, business informatics, or a comparable field of study
Careful, accurate, and independent way of working, even in a remote setup
Good understanding of digital systems and enjoyment of quickly learning new tools
First experience with AI tools or writing prompts is a plus
Discretion and responsible handling of confidential contract documents
Very good German language skills to accurately capture contract content
Short-term availability for a period of 2 to 3 months
