About the Role
We are looking for a versatile individual to join a cross-functional team, developing features in both frontend and backend. You will delve into our clients' technical challenges, create user stories in Java, and actively participate in the entire development process from conception to implementation. Additionally, you will support the automation and advancement of our build, test, and release processes, conduct code reviews, and engage in pair programming to enhance quality and knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities
- Develop features in the frontend and backend.
- Work into the technical challenges of our clients and develop suitable user stories in Java.
- Actively support the entire development process from conception to implementation.
- Support the automation and further development of our build, test, and release processes.
- Conduct code reviews within the team and work in pair programming to improve quality and distribute knowledge.
Requirements
- Completed degree or comparable training in computer science.
- Good knowledge in developing applications with Java using current frameworks like Spring Boot.
- Practical experience with modern component-based JavaScript technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue, ideally with TypeScript.
- Confident in implementing accessible applications.
- Proficient in HTML and CSS.
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence and motivation to integrate it into software development.
- Experience in unit and system tests with technologies like JUnit and Playwright.
- Enthusiasm for agile working and motivation for continuous learning with new technologies and trends.
- Very good German language skills (min. C1).
