About the Role
Infosys Japan is seeking IT Associate Consultants for new graduates and individuals with less than two years of work experience. The role offers a 3-6 month training program to develop IT consulting and engineering skills, with continuous learning opportunities for career development and advancement.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects across multiple phases, including customer requirements gathering, business analysis, high-level design, development & configuration, testing, and implementation.
- Contribute to division-level and company-wide initiatives, delivering high-quality, value-added consulting services in accordance with Infosys guidelines, policies, and standards.
- Execute projects in collaboration with offshore teams (India), customer teams, and onsite teams working at customer locations.
- Analyze customer challenges and develop and document effective solutions.
Requirements
- Graduates or expected graduates from a domestic or international university or graduate school by March 2027.
- Must be able to work full-time in Japan.
- Submission of an English résumé is mandatory, stating visa status and expected graduation date.
