About the Role
GrainCorp is a leader in sustainable agriculture, connecting rural communities with food, animal feed, and industrial customers globally. This role is key to supporting that mission by leading the development and enhancement of the company's ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead the ongoing development, enhancement, and support of GrainCorp's ServiceNow platform across Technology, Finance, and HR.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Manage the ServiceNow support partner and coordinate platform upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive best-practice governance, process optimization, and platform performance.
- Support projects and change initiatives, collaborating across multiple technology platforms and teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience administering, supporting, and enhancing ServiceNow within a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
- Analytical and proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work across multiple platforms and priorities.
- Must provide proof of working rights and complete background checks.
