About the Role
Oversee customers, vendors, and internal technical teams, leading large-scale infrastructure refresh and network modernization projects from proposal through implementation and migration completion. Maximize project outcomes by managing quality, cost, schedule, and risk, while building strong customer relationships and contributing to long-term business value creation and digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans for network-related initiatives
- Manage stakeholders across customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Track progress, issues, risks, and escalations throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead implementation projects such as network refresh, site rollout, and cloud connectivity
- Manage project budget, cost, and resource planning
- Facilitate regular meetings, reviews, and customer reporting
- Conduct post-project reviews and propose continuous improvements
Requirements
- Project management experience in IT infrastructure or network-related projects
- Hands-on experience with project planning, progress tracking, issue management, and risk management
- Experience coordinating with customers and multiple vendors
- Basic technical understanding of network infrastructure
- Experience managing large-scale or multi-stakeholder projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate with customers and prepare documentation in Japanese
