This role focuses on leading project delivery, managing customer change orders, ensuring customer specifications are met, driving margin uplift, managing critical paths and execution risks, and facilitating effective internal and external communication with all stakeholders. Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills in Japanese and English

- Ability to remain calm under pressure, acknowledge mistakes, and possess emotional intelligence/diplomacy
