About the Role
As the Founder's Associate, you will work directly with the founders on the company's most important priorities. This is a generalist operator seat with exposure to every part of the business, built for someone who wants to learn how a crypto company is built from the inside and take on more ownership quickly.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the founders on strategic and operational priorities
- Own cross-functional projects from scoping through execution
- Stand up new initiatives and processes as the company grows
- Analyze problems, frame decisions, and drive follow-through across teams
- Serve as a force multiplier for the founding team on whatever matters most that week
Requirements
- Experience at a crypto or DeFi startup in a generalist or operator role
- Strong understanding of crypto markets and trading products
- Track record of owning ambiguous projects end to end
- Sharp analytical and communication skills, with the judgment to work directly alongside founders
- High ownership and comfort in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
- Able to work in person from the New York office
