About the Role
As a Spa Therapist at Sofitel Spa, you will inspire, rejuvenate, and create unforgettable moments for guests by performing a wide range of treatments and ensuring each guest feels nurtured and revitalized.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of treatments, including facials, body therapies, aromatherapy and deep tissue massages, and other signature Spa offerings.
- Collaborate seamlessly with fellow therapists, practitioners, receptionists, and hotel colleagues to create a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain the highest standards of personal, guest, and colleague safety at all times.
- Establish genuine rapport with guests, creating personalised experiences that foster loyalty and lasting relationships.
- Continuously expand your understanding of treatments, wellness journeys, and promotions to provide informed and tailored recommendations.
Requirements
- Diploma-level qualification in a relevant field.
- Experience within a luxury spa or wellness environment.
- Ability to deliver exceptional and memorable guest experiences.
- Pride in attention to detail, ensuring each treatment is delivered with care, precision, and a personalised touch.
- Warm and engaging nature to connect effortlessly with guests.
- Collaborative approach to foster a positive and supportive team environment.
- Impeccable presentation, embodying poise and sophistication.
- Flexible and reliable, available to work at least one weekend day.
- Adaptable to a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
