You will play a key role in supporting business development and sales activities from a technical perspective, collaborating with business owners and product owners. Your responsibilities will include connecting technical requirements with customer business challenges and proposing optimal solutions. You will also be involved in defining requirements and developing digital tools to support partners in their site surveys, power facility design, and customer proposals.

- Evaluate power reception equipment, installation conditions, power capacity, construction constraints, related regulations, and grid connection conditions through customer interviews, review of provided information and drawings (including on-site confirmation as needed), verify implementation feasibility, conduct technical reviews, and coordinate with relevant parties.
- Provide technical proposals, demonstrations, onboarding, training, and technical escalation support for our tools and solutions to partner companies.
- Organize needs, technical constraints, and operational issues obtained through negotiations and implementation support with customers and partners, and provide feedback to the product/development team for functional improvements and new service development.
- Define business requirements, functional requirements, decision logic, and standard workflows for external sales digital tools and solutions to enable partner companies to efficiently perform these tasks with a certain level of quality.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and designers to promote the development of partner tools, verification of technical logic, user testing, product improvement, and solutionization for external sales.
Requirements
- Over 7 years of practical experience as a Technical Sales, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Pre-sales, or Technical Project Promoter in fields such as electrical equipment, power receiving/distribution equipment, EV charging infrastructure, renewable energy, or related areas.
- Basic knowledge of high-voltage and low-voltage power reception equipment and power receiving/distribution equipment.
- Experience in promoting customer proposals, evaluating implementation feasibility, and conducting technical adjustments in collaboration with construction companies, EPCs, equipment manufacturers, power companies, or sales partners.
- Logical thinking ability to structure business flows and challenges related to on-site construction, surveys, design, estimation, and proposals, and communicate them as functional and business requirements to software engineers and product teams.

About the Company
- Woven by Toyota contributes to Toyota's once-in-a-century transformation into a mobility company.
- Inspired by a history of inventing for others, our mission is to expand the definition of mobility, enhance its contribution to society, and challenge the status quo of mobility with people-centric innovation.
- We operate around four pillars: AD/ADAS for automated driving and advanced driver-assistance systems, the Arene vehicle software production platform for SDVs (Software Defined Vehicles), Woven City as a mobility test track, and Cloud & AI for digital infrastructure supporting collaboration.
- Essential business functions support these teams' implementation, and together we strive to realize an 'accident-free society' and 'mass production of happiness'.
- Toyota is redefining the meaning of mobility, moving people, goods, information, and energy, and continuously challenging the norms of mobility.
- Woven City serves as a test track for creating and testing various mobilities, aiming for the mass production of happiness with the concepts of a people-centric town, a demonstration experiment town, and an unfinished town.
- Woven City brings together diverse individuals who share a passion for future mobility.
- Inventors, residents, and visitors test various products and services while living in a town-shaped test track where people, mobility, and social infrastructure are interconnected.
