About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Engineer to own UGLYCASH’s marketing and acquisition go-to-market, from the first time someone hears about us to the moment they become an active customer. This is a senior, hands-on role with leadership-level ownership, where you will own both the strategy and the execution. You’ll work directly with the founder and collaborate with product, engineering, and creative contributors.

Responsibilities

  • Own acquisition strategy and execution, deciding which customers to pursue, offers and messages that resonate, and which channels deserve attention and budget.
  • Own the entire funnel: discovery, landing pages, signup, first funding, first income payment, and repeat use.
  • Own product marketing and launches, translating product capabilities into clear reasons to choose UGLYCASH.
  • Build, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns, including developing creative angles, testing audiences and offers, managing budgets, and connecting spend to customer outcomes.
  • Build a repeatable process for finding and improving winning content for clipping, UGC, creators, and influencers.
  • Build segmented, behavior-based email journeys for onboarding, activation, product education, referrals, and reactivation.
  • Build and maintain agent-powered workflows for customer research, creative variations, creator discovery, outreach preparation, campaign operations, reporting, and experiment analysis.
  • Ship landing pages, connect tools through APIs, build automations, write scripts, query data, and set up tracking.
  • Own acquisition cost, funnel conversion, activation, channel performance, and the quality of customers acquired.

Requirements

  • A marketer who builds, with the technical ability to implement ideas.
  • Deeply agent-native experience, including building useful agents and automated workflows.
  • Ability to move between paid ads, product marketing, email, content, creators, analytics, and technical execution.
  • Understanding of internet culture, attention, and what makes content worth watching or sharing.
  • Commercial discipline, caring about customer quality, retention, margins, and acquisition payback.
  • High-agency and accountability, with the ability to identify needs, make decisions, and execute.
  • Ability to show built projects, run campaigns, and explain results.

About the Company

  • UGLYCASH is the financial home for people who make money on the internet.
  • We’re building financial services for this new generation of earners, especially those earning online and across borders, who lack access to credit and the financial tools they need to grow.
  • Our mission is to replace fine print with candid transparency, discrimination with global financial inclusion, and cold, distant institutions with a human connection to the people we serve.
  • We believe access to stable currency and financial opportunity is a human right.
