About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Growth to lead UGLYCASH’s marketing and acquisition efforts, managing the entire go-to-market process from initial awareness to active customer conversion. This senior, hands-on role requires a blend of strategic thinking and execution, with the goal of building a scalable acquisition engine powered by systems and agents, working directly with the founder and collaborating across teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute acquisition strategy, identifying target customers, offers, messages, and channels.
- Own the entire customer funnel, from discovery and signup to first funding and repeat usage.
- Manage product marketing and launches, translating customer insights into positioning, messaging, and campaigns.
- Build, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns, including creative development, audience testing, budget management, and performance analysis.
- Develop and implement strategies for content, user-generated content, creators, and influencers.
- Create segmented, behavior-based email marketing journeys for onboarding, activation, education, referrals, and reactivation.
- Build and maintain agent-powered growth systems for customer research, creative variations, campaign operations, and reporting.
- Handle technical implementation, including shipping landing pages, API integrations, automations, scripting, data querying, and tracking setup.
- Own key performance metrics such as acquisition cost, funnel conversion, activation rates, channel performance, and customer quality.
- Develop reporting to inform decision-making and track campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- A marketer who builds, understanding positioning, creative, distribution, and conversion with the technical ability to implement ideas.
- Deeply agent-native, with experience building useful agents and automated workflows.
- Broad expertise across paid ads, product marketing, email, content, creators, analytics, and technical execution.
- Creative with a strong understanding of internet culture, attention, and shareability.
- Commercially disciplined, with a focus on customer quality, retention, margins, and acquisition payback.
- High-agency and accountable, with a proven ability to make decisions, execute, and learn from failures.
- Ability to show examples of built systems, run campaigns, and explain results.
